ABOUT THE POSITION

Sveadiesel AB is a modern company with roots in a Swedish industrial company founded in 1949. After a split in 2024 between military and civilian operations, Sveadiesel now focuses entirely on the civilian market in transport, construction, and energy. We combine long technical experience, strong customer relationships, and international brands with a business-oriented and contemporary working method.

As an Administrator with a focus on marketing and finance, you will have a broad operational role where you work closely with business area managers and the CEO. The position includes digital marketing, simpler financial tasks, and administration. Everyone helps out here – even with incoming and outgoing deliveries – to provide customers with the best possible service. The role is suitable for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop in a smaller company with short decision-making paths and close collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the company's digital marketing in collaboration with business area managers
• Create and publish content in digital channels and the website, as well as follow up on visibility and engagement
• Assist with simpler financial and administrative tasks, such as registering supplier invoices
• Handle ongoing office tasks and practical duties that arise in daily operations
• Manage some customer and order contact
• Pack orders and book deliveries as needed
• Contribute to structure in daily operations

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed secondary education
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Has previous work experience in service and administration
• Has an interest in digital marketing and good system skills

It is advantageous if you have:

• Post-secondary degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or similar.
• Experience with supplier invoices, reconciliations, and incoming and outgoing payments
• Work experience in social media and/or digital marketing
• Knowledge of business systems and/or tools for digital marketing
• Worked with websites
